Edward Luberski, MPT
President & Chief Executive Officer
Ed joined Benchmark Therapies in 2024 with more than 25 years of experience in senior living and post-acute care. His background includes clinical leadership, multi-state operations, and organizational growth, with a strong focus on supporting teams and expanding access to quality care for older adults.
Ed leads with collaboration, accountability, and trust, and believes strong teams are the foundation of great patient care.
Alyssa Bert, PTA
Area Manager
Alyssa joined Benchmark in 2016 and has a strong background in rehabilitation leadership, restorative nursing, and fitness programming. She helped develop and launch restorative nursing and fitness programs across six Pennsylvania Department of Veterans’ Affairs facilities before becoming an Area Manager in 2022.
Today, Alyssa supports teams, strengthens operations, and helps turn new ideas into practical programs while keeping quality care at the center of the work.
Jennifer Brown
Director of Administration
Jennifer joined Benchmark in 2015 as a part-time Administrative Assistant and has grown with the company ever since. She was promoted to Executive Assistant in 2018 and Director of Administration in 2022.
Today, Jennifer helps keep day-to-day operations moving and supports employees, leadership, and clients across the organization. She is especially focused on responsive service and making sure people know where to turn when they need help.
Jennifer Mulraney, OTR
Chief Operating Officer
Jennifer has more than 20 years of experience in geriatric care, rehabilitation, and clinical leadership. She joined Benchmark in 2011 and has held leadership roles in compliance, appeals management, and operations before becoming Chief Operating Officer in 2022.
Today, Jennifer focuses on supporting teams, strengthening operations, and helping Benchmark provide consistent, high-quality care across the communities we serve.
Kristi Hepburn, MS, CCC-SLP
Area Manager
Kristi joined Benchmark in 2007 and has grown with the company throughout her career. As an Area Manager, she provides clinical and operational guidance across the communities she supports and also contributes to Benchmark’s marketing and relationship-building efforts.
Kristi is known for being hands-on, accessible, and closely connected to her teams, offering practical guidance and support to help them succeed.
Shari Mitchell
HR Generalist
Shari joined Benchmark in 2024 with more than 20 years of healthcare human resources experience. She has played an important role in strengthening HR support as Benchmark continues to grow.
Known for her thoughtful and practical approach, Shari works to make sure employees feel informed, supported, and comfortable reaching out when questions or challenges arise.
Suzanne Reid, OTR
Director of Compliance
Suzanne joined Benchmark in 2018 with more than 20 years of healthcare leadership experience in clinical operations and regulatory compliance. She became Director of Compliance in 2022 and oversees regulatory standards and quality assurance across Benchmark.
Known for her thoughtful, steady approach, Suzanne is also a trusted resource for clinicians and clients working through documentation, compliance, and quality challenges
Beth Huller, MSPT
Vice President of Business Development
Beth joined Benchmark in 2026 with more than 25 years of experience in physical therapy, senior living, clinical operations, account management, and business development.
Her approach is rooted in listening, building strong relationships, and understanding what each organization truly needs. Beth focuses on developing meaningful partnerships that support residents, community teams, and Benchmark’s continued growth.
Carrie Payne
HR Coordinator
Carrie joined Benchmark in 2022 and supports both executive leadership and team members with a wide range of administrative and human resources needs.
Organized, responsive, and always willing to help, Carrie works closely with the corporate team to keep things running smoothly and provide dependable behind-the-scenes support to employees across Benchmark.
