Employment - Work that makes an impact


You would not have become a therapist if you were not a caring individual committed making a difference in someone's life. The following example is from an email that was sent by an administrator at one of the facilities that we serve.

In the big scheme of life, sometimes we don’t recognize that the extra little touches that we do — touch peoples' lives so dramatically. A resident’s son was in today to say thanks — and specifically mentioned "BJ" and how much the family appreciated you stopping by to see their mother when she had a few extra minutes, and especially in her last days, on your way home.

The resident’s son stated that the family was so touched by your kindness.

I am so grateful to work with such a fine staff — who care so deeply about our residents.
